National Manager Frank Bellomo has over 18 years of experience in the safety, security and risk management industry having spent many years in senior management roles with some of the country's largest companies.

His responsibilities include coordination of all national operations with a specific focus on human resource management, industrial relations, labour control practices, quality assurance, contract and financial management, special projects and assignments, business development, security consultancy, and strategic and tactical management advice and direction.

During this time Frank has advised and worked on major operations across the country. He has provided advice and given strategic direction to government and non- government organisations across numerous sectors including aviation, rail, insurance, religious, commercial, residential, industrial, aged care and health facilities, arts, iconic Melbourne structures and some of the State's critical infrastructure.

Frank has been actively involved in the ongoing development of the security industry and has been instrumental in the development of the industry through his participation in numerous steering committees and working groups in areas including training, education, security risk management, operational control, firearms and defensive tactics.

He is the course convener and lectures in Security and Risk Management related studies at Kangan Batman TAFE. Frank has delivered training in specialist areas that include Counter-Terrorism First Response, Operational Management, Powers of Arrest and Use of Force Continuum, Emergency Response and Coordination, Dispute Resolution, Executive Protection, IED Awareness, Detection and Response and Event Management.

As a licensed security operative and registered Security Advisor and Trainer under the Private Security Act 2004 Frank holds postgraduate qualifications in Business and Human Resource Management and other qualifications in Training, Security and Risk Management. He holds formal membership with ASIS International and the Victorian Security Institute.
