After successful negotiations Business Risks International have been contracted to supply turn-key security operations for the $650 million QV complex in Victoria.
The QV complex is perhaps the most prestigious precinct in Melbourne's CBD and contains a 30-storey commercial building and a 9-storey commercial building, 45-storey residential plus 9-storey residential, 4-storey carpark and 3-storey retail complex. 12,000,000 visitors per year. Because of the diversity of the precinct QV management were looking for an organisation that could provide a range of services from retail to commercial to risk management, compared to ordinary security services alone.
