Business Risks International is an Industry leader in providing Security & Protective Services to a wide variety of sectors and industries.
As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for providing high levels of service to facilitate the timely processing, communication and recording of information necessary for the safe and efficient operation of a large retail complex on the Northern Beaches.
You will have excellent communication skills, highly developed computer skills, and an ability to work in high pressure and competing priority environments for sustained periods. The successful applicant will be able to show a demonstrated knowledge in a Retail security environment as well as the security processes and methods that are applicable to working in a large Retail Complex.
Must have security licence and be able to work a 24/7 rotating shift.
The Control Room Operator will have:-
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to trouble shoot problems.
- Honest, mature, level headed and punctual for shift commencement.
- Reliable transport and NSW drivers licence.
- Experience working afternoon, night and weekend shifts or true commitment to work such shifts.
- Good understanding of PC's and security systems and security equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate a good working relationship in a small team whilst also being able to work independently.
- Demonstrate a commitment to seeking long term stable employment.
