At BRI we pride ourself on employing some of the finest professionals within the security industry today.
At a senior level, BRI's recruitment criteria stipulates prior service in Police, Military Service, Emergency Response disciplines or personnel who have a proven record in commercial guarding, loss prevention, crowd control or concierge duties, is a prerequisite.
Hands on experience is essential, as is communications, resource management, technical, training or investigational skills. The ability to manage complex and time critical issues are key ingredients to be considered as part of the management team - as is a strong customer service focus and understanding.
All of our senior team members are available 24 hours a day, if required, to respond to client demands. Our 24 hour communications centre ensures our delivery of service is available as and when required, by staff who know the client and their requirements.
