Ray Martin is responsible for all technical operations within the Melbourne QV site including Control Room operations.

Ray's experience extends to technical, security and network development and configuration - both from a hands on approach and including Control Room management environment.

Ray has over 22 years experience with various major organisations such as Telstra Dome, Surf Life Saving and Policing groups within Victoria and Queensland. Ray has worked closely in many training exercises with Victoria Police and Australian Federal Police and Counter-Terrorism units.

He has played a major role in ensuring the effective communications during large scale events from Rugby World Cup, Commonwealth Games, large sporting events and concerts.
