To address risk all governing aspects that may adversely affect the organisation's resources, property or operation must firstly be identified.

Through the identification, analysis and evaluation of hazards and threats one may then select the most advantageous method of treating each hazard or threat. Therefore comprehensive surveys and audits as well as with interviews with key management must be completed before any strategies or countermeasures may be put in place.

The survey not only "stock takes" all information that is relevant but through the process of identification one may be able to identify and target problem areas early and devote attention to them. The concept of risk analysis is to identify all problem areas and implement treatment controls to counter, reduce or mitigate the risk.

All assessments whilst carried out in complete compliance with Australian Standards AS 4360 Risk Management are specifically tailored to each industry type and client operation.
