Spiro Kondilis - Account Manager

Spiro Kondilis is an Account Manager in Victoria and is responsible for supervising staff and conducting site inspections to ensure that high standards are met and staff are carrying out their duties in a professional manner and meeting clients’ expectations.
Spiro holds numerous certificates in areas of security, investigations, prosecution, evidence gathering and submission, executive protection and report writing. He is also an approved trainer in Terrorism Awareness under the Project Griffin initiative.
He has over 20 years experience in the security and law enforcement industry in the government and private sectors. He began his career with the State Transit Authority as an enforcement officer and was responsible for the development and training for new employees in the tram and bus division.
During this time Spiro spent three years with the Australian Army Reserves as an infantry soldier. He also worked for the Melbourne Market Authority as an enforcement officer and also as a security manager for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games in the high security area of the Uniform and Accreditation Centre.
Spiro has also worked as Personal Security for a number of international visiting identities and in the corporate security and investigations field. Spiro was recently invited to partake in the Project Griffin course which was run by the Victorian Police.
